01 / Get oriented

Know your home

Keep the locations of shutoffs, the electrical panel, equipment access points, and filters in your private home record. Review unfamiliar controls during your home orientation.

02 / Keep the records

Your handover information

Organize the documents supplied for your home: walkthrough records, operating manuals, finish references, manufacturer information, and final warranty documents.

03 / Follow the product guidance

Home care reminders

Use the installed product manuals for cleaning, filter replacement, registration, and service intervals. Keep records of maintenance and modifications with the relevant equipment information.

04 / Report a concern

Request service

Contact Amour with your property address, the date you first noticed the concern, a clear description, and photographs where useful. A routine request helps us coordinate the next conversation.

Prepare a service request

The request form prepares an email in your email app. Send that email to deliver the request.

For coverage, formal notice requirements, and deadlines, refer to your final warranty documents and applicable Louisiana notice requirements. Routine email or online requests should not be treated as a substitute for formal notice.

For an immediate hazard, use the appropriate emergency service or utility emergency line. Amour’s routine contact is not an emergency dispatch service.
