What does “presold” mean?
You plan and agree on a new home before it is completed. With Amour’s program, the conversation starts with an Amour-owned homesite and a compatible floor plan, then the agreed scope and selections.
Can I choose finishes or adjust a plan?
We can discuss your preferences and which changes or selections are possible for the specific lot, plan, and stage of the project. Available options and any effect on pricing or timing are reviewed with Amour.
How do I find out what’s available?
