   Bring the finish choices and project details together. Construction proceeds under the agreed documents, with coordination of trade partners, inspections, and milestones.

   Prepare for handover

   Review the home during the walkthrough, document outstanding items, and organize the home-specific operating information and documents supplied at handover.

   Care for your home

   Keep the manuals, maintenance information, and final warranty documents together. Use our homeowner-care information to find the appropriate contact for a question or service concern.
